JMS-10-MES-XP. Overview.
The JMS-10-MES-XP Mobile, Electric, Skid dust collector was originally designed for tunnel cross passage construction and sites with restricted access.
The JMS-10-MES-XP are complete dust collection systems featuring a dirty air intake, filter house, clean air box, silencer, exhaust, dust discharge system and 45kW centrifugal fan mounted on a single manoeuvrable castor wheel base to create 10m3/s (20,000CFM) @ -3kPa.*
* Alternative centrifugal fans can be used to optimise air volume and pressure to suit site conditions and specific applications.

Mobility. Skid or Castor Wheel.
The JMS-10-MES-XP (10m3/s, Mobile, Electric, Skid) dust collector is a complete dust collection system mounted on a compact, skid base.
Dust collectors mounted on a skid base offer a cost-effective option when dust collection needs are relatively static. The skid can be dragged into position using the four rigging mounts at each end of the machine or moved by crane using the four lifting lugs.
When units need to be repositioned there is limited downtime in construction works as the complete unit can be moved easily.
Optional Configuration: Castor-Wheels
Compressed rigid castor-wheels can be added to either unit to allow further ease of movement by sliding. Castor Wheels can be supplied with or without brakes and customised to fit utility platform rails if required.

The JMS-10-MES-XP (10m3/s, Mobile, Electric, Castor Wheel) dust collector uses 380-480V to power the 45kW centrifugal exhaust fan, whilst hydraulics are used to power the auger and rotary valve discharge system.
