JMS 60 M-Series. Overview.
The JMS 60 M-Series are complete dust collection systems featuring a centrifugal fan mounted on a single manoeuvrable base to create 60 m3/s (125,000 CFM) @ -3.5 kPa (14 iwg).* Additional features are, dirty air intakes, filter house, clean air box, silencer, exhaust and dust discharge system.
* Alternative size centrifugal fans can be used to optimise air volume and pressure to suit site conditions and specific applications.
Efficiency. Power.
One of the key features of the Grydale Mobile Dust Collectors is the inclusion of a Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) as part of the standard configuration, this ensures the dust collector provides the required air flow using the least amount of power. If there is insufficient air flow, the air flow meter on the dust collector will turn up the Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) to generate more air volume, additionally the air flow meter will turn the VFD down so the dust collector uses less kW for the same amount of volume depending on the temperature and conditions. The VFD greatly improves the units power efficiency and clients have reported a 40% reduction in their power consumption.

Mobility Options. Drag Skid.
The JMS 60 M-Series dust collectors are compact integrated systems mounted on a single compact mobile base. This provides significant space saving advantages on construction sites where space is limited. Units can be repositioned with limited downtime in construction works, as the complete unit can be lifted or dragged into position using the designated lifting lugs at each corner of the machine.
Optional Upgrade.
Hydraulic Stepping Systems – units can be moved using the hydraulic stepping system which powers four legs that lift the unit up, while a pair of skates move the unit forward and backwards. This movement can be repeated to achieve the desired travel distance.
Power Options. Electric or Hybrid.
The JMS-60-MES (Mobile, Electric, Skid) uses 380-480V or 1000V to power the centrifugal exhaust fan, while hydraulics are used to power the auger and rotary valve discharge system.
The JMS-60-MHS (Mobile, Hybrid, Stepping System) uses a T2/T3 Diesel Engine to power the hydraulic stepping system while 380-480V or 1000V electric motor is used to drive the centrifugal exhaust fan, auger, rotary valve discharge system and screw compressor.
